PRIVACY POLICY CONSENT
This website ("Website") and its content is owned and operated by Ampliphy, LLC ("Company", "we", or "us"). The term "you" refers to the user and/or viewer of this Website. By using this Website, you agree to and acknowledge that you are bound by the following terms of this Privacy Policy, and any information that you contribute or provide to the Company is subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you how we collect, use, process, and distribute your personal information as defined within the terms of this Privacy Policy. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. The use of information collected through our Website shall be limited to the purposes described under this Privacy Policy, and also our Terms of Use, if applicable.
Use of any personal information or contribution that you provide to us, or which is collected by us on or through our Website or its content, is governed by this Privacy Policy. By using our Website or its content, you consent to this Privacy Policy, whether or not you have read it.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Personal information collected includes that which you provide voluntarily by opting in to receive a free resource, subscribing to our email list or newsletter, purchasing a product or service, or contacting us via our website, as well as all information automatically collected from you based upon your activity on our Website.
Personal information we collect may include, but is not limited to: name(s), email address(es), telephone number, billing information, physical address(es), and credit card or payment information ("Personal Information" and "Personal Data").
This information may be collected through, but is not limited to, the following: submitting personal information to receive a free resource or newsletter; to purchase a digital product such as an ebook, course, or workshop; through our contact form to ask a question or request a response from the Company; or information received in connection with a co-branded offer, program, or product.
Personal information collected is given to us voluntarily and, as such, you are giving us consent to use, collect, and process such personal information. If you choose not to provide certain Personal Data, you may not be able to participate in or access certain aspects of our Website or content.
You acknowledge that whenever you voluntarily make your personal information available for viewing by others online — including but not limited to this Website, blog comments, social media posts, or within programs — it may be seen, collected, and used by others. The Company shall not be responsible for any unauthorized or improper use of the information you voluntarily share.
HOW WE COLLECT & USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You understand that your decision to provide any information to us is voluntary and constitutes your clear consent to allow us to collect, process, and retain it.
Should you elect to opt in to receive a free resource or other information, the Company may ask for and collect personal information including, but not limited to, your name, email address, and phone number.
Should you elect to fill out our contact form or provide us with any other communication — including via email, social media messaging, posts, text messages, or social media comments — we may collect such information, including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number, and any other information contained in your message. This data is retained solely to communicate with you and keep a record of such communication.
Should you elect to purchase any digital product or service offered by the Company — including ebooks, courses, workshops, or programs — we will collect personal information including but not limited to your name, email address, billing address, and payment information in order to complete and fulfill your purchase. We use third-party data processors to take and complete payment and will not retain nor have access to your full payment information.
By voluntarily providing personal information on our blog, social media pages, or any other online forum associated with the Company, we may use that personal information for future marketing, promotional materials, targeted advertisements, or testimonials. Use of personal information for testimonials will require a separate written agreement between you and the Company.
Should you elect to be added to our email list or newsletter, we may use your data to send targeted social media advertisements or upload your information to create lookalike audiences. All emails from the Company will comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and will clearly identify the sender and provide instructions for unsubscribing.
SMS COMMUNICATION
If you voluntarily provide your phone number and opt in, you may receive SMS/text messages from Ampliphy, LLC. These may include transactional messages (e.g., order confirmations, access instructions), promotional messages (e.g., new product launches, special offers), or reminders.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or get help by replying HELP. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. All data is handled securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
USE OF AUTOMATIC DATA COLLECTION TECHNOLOGY ("COOKIES")
The Company may also collect personal information through automatic data collection technology such as the standard "cookies" feature of available web browsers. The Company does not set any personally identifiable information in cookies, nor does it employ any data-capture mechanisms on our Website other than cookies. We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies.
You may choose to accept, decline, or disable cookies through your own browser's settings. However, disabling this function may diminish your experience on our Website and some features may not work as intended. Our Website does not respond to Do Not Track signals sent by your browser.
We may also collect data about how you use the Website, your browsing actions or patterns, computer equipment, IP address, internet connection, and other similar information — including via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel — in order to obtain statistical data, improve our Website and offerings, and deliver relevant information to you. We may receive personal data from third parties including Google, social media platforms, search engines, and third-party payment processors. We do our best to only utilize third parties who have advised us they are compliant with applicable data protection regulations.
ANONYMOUS DATA COLLECTED AND USE
In order to maintain our Website's quality, we may use your IP address to diagnose issues with our server or Website pages. Your IP address will not be used to personally identify you but may be used for marketing purposes and improving our services and Website performance. Traffic data collection does not follow a user's activities on any other websites. Anonymous traffic data may also be shared with business partners and advertisers on an aggregate basis.
GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION ("GDPR")
The Company ensures compliance with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and confirms that we have lawful grounds for processing the information we collect from you. Should you provide personal information via our contact page or any other form of electronic communication, we will process your data based on our legitimate interest to respond to inquiries.
If you opt in and provide your name and email address in exchange for a free resource, training, ebook, or electronic deliverable, or if you purchase any digital product or service from us, we will process your data for the purpose it was collected based on your affirmative consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at hello@thestevenmellor.com and requesting that your information be edited, updated, or deleted. We do not collect any sensitive data, nor any information regarding criminal offenses or convictions.
HOW INFORMATION IS STORED AND SHARED
The Company stores and processes personal information through a data management system and takes appropriate measures to ensure that all personal information collected is kept confidential. Personal and confidential information is shared only for limited purposes including processing billing, providing technical support, and for legal or accounting purposes. Any parties with access to your information are required to keep it confidential and will not share it with unrelated parties. Your information will never be sold, shared, or given to any other company or person without your consent, other than what is required to complete a purchase or fulfill a request you have made, or unless required by law.
The Company utilizes third-party companies to act as data processors, which may store information such as names and email addresses that make up our email list. To the best of our ability, we have confirmed that all third-party data processors we use are compliant with applicable data protection regulations.
Should the Company be required to disclose personal information by law, or in good-faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to protect the rights of the Company, its Website, users, or property, or to prevent or mitigate a crime, such disclosure may be made accordingly.
Our Website and its servers are located within and operate within the United States. The laws of the United States govern all matters relating to this Website. Any information you choose to provide — including subscribing to a newsletter, opting in to receive a free resource, or making a purchase — will be transferred to the United States for processing. By visiting our Website and submitting personal information, you acknowledge and authorize this transfer and processing.
The Company retains the minimum amount of personal information required for the minimum amount of time necessary to provide you with the products or services you have requested. We may retain certain personal data for longer periods as necessary for legal, contractual, or accounting obligations. If you elect to be removed from our database, your information will be deleted and no longer retained.
NO REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THE COMPANY MAINTAINS A STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY.
By completing a purchase of any course, ebook, workshop, training program, or other digital product or service offered by Ampliphy, LLC, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This policy applies regardless of whether you have accessed, downloaded, or used any portion of the product or service. Because our products are digital in nature and access is granted immediately upon purchase, we are unable to accept returns.
If you fail to make payments in a timely manner in accordance with any agreed-upon payment plan, or voluntarily choose to discontinue use of our products or services, you remain fully responsible for the total cost of the product or service purchased. The Company reserves the right to pursue collection of any outstanding balances, including through collection agencies, and to report non-payment to credit reporting agencies, which may negatively impact your credit score.
CHARGEBACK POLICY: Since the Company has a clear No-Refund Policy that you have agreed to prior to completing any purchase, the Company will not tolerate or accept any type of chargeback threat or actual chargeback from your credit card company or bank. In the event that a chargeback is placed on a purchase, the Company reserves the right to report the incident to credit reporting agencies and any applicable chargeback database as a delinquent account. The information reported may include your name, email address, order date, order amount, and billing address.

The Company cannot guarantee the complete safeguard of all personal information. Should we become aware that a data breach has occurred, we will timely notify the necessary parties with as much information as is available. You understand that we cannot be responsible should an unauthorized third party obtain access to information without our consent, and you agree to hold us harmless should your information become intercepted in this way without our knowledge, permission, or consent.

The Company respects your privacy and requires that you respect the privacy of fellow program participants. If you participate in any group program, community, workshop, or coaching offering provided by Ampliphy, LLC, you agree not to share, distribute, or violate the publicity or privacy rights of any other participant. All information shared within a program context is considered confidential.
YOUR RIGHTS TO ACCESS, CONTROL, RESTRICT, DELETE, UPDATE PERSONAL INFORMATION AND UNSUBSCRIBE
